RT Delivers Infrastructure Rehabilitation Work in Chiang Rai Worth 11.7 Million Baht
RT has delivered the rehabilitation work for infrastructure damaged by floods and disasters on Highway No. 1150 in Chiang Rai, with a total construction value of 11.7 million baht. The company is accelerating its engagement in various public and private sector projects, focusing on short-term work that allows for quick revenue recognition, aiming for a 25% growth in revenue this year as planned.
Mr. Chawalit Thanomthin, CEO of Right Tunneling Public Company Limited (RT), a specialist in tunnel excavation, civil engineering, and geotechnical engineering, revealed that the company has undertaken the rehabilitation of infrastructure damaged by floods and disasters on Highway No. 1150, section Khun Jae - Wiang Pa Pao, from km 72+425 to km 72+625, with a total construction value of 11.7 million baht.

The construction has been completed according to the process, with a construction period of 180 days, and the work was handed over to the Chiang Rai Highway District 1 of the Department of Highways, the project owner, on June 5, 2025.
The main components of the project include 3,784 square meters of Shotcrete Steel Fiber and 1,056 Soil Nails, each 6 meters long. These techniques are crucial for reinforcing soil structures and preventing slope collapses, ensuring that the road can safely and sustainably accommodate traffic.
This construction handover allows the company to recognize additional revenue in the second quarter of 2025. The company also has ongoing construction projects that will gradually generate continuous revenue in the future. The new contracts this year reflect significant business expansion opportunities, supported by external factors such as various disasters like earthquakes and floods, which have increased the demand for infrastructure projects, including design work, tunnel maintenance services, dams, and slope protection. Additionally, the company plans to continuously participate in construction bids in both the public and private sectors, focusing on expanding the scope of work to be more comprehensive and diverse, including short-term projects for quick revenue recognition, which helps improve liquidity and increase backlog value, supporting the targeted revenue growth of 25% this year,” Mr. Chawalit stated.
